Minneapolis Will Fire ‘White Teachers’ First

Corporations are about to fire a lot of white collar workers....it will not be rare for whites to be fired first. ....especially the men.

It means they go by seniority first, AT A PARTICULAR SCHOOL, then if an underrepresented group comes up, the next white person up the seniority ladder goes. It doesn’t say “all white teachers fired first.”

But, tell us, did the teachers OK this contract?

But you just mentioned white person...why should that be a factor? Did the teachers approve it? If so, why the controversy?

What makes it even worse is that nearly all black teachers got the job thru affirmative action and are not qualified. But they avoid the layoffs.

The contract was approved by the teachers. It’s THEIR contract. Not yours. Not mine.

So if 500 mostly white firefighters in Bama, voted like this to fire the blacks FIRST it would be OK because they approved it?

If a TV station votes to fire the black reporter first..thats OK?
