In 1998 grand jury testimony, she said she initially thought the marks on her dress “could be spinach dip or something.”

If they're working and getting food stamps, it means they shouldn't be getting them. If what they make isn't doing the job, get a better one. If they don't have the skills, sounds like a personal problem.
When it comes to the children, it's the responsibility of THEIR parents to feed them. As for those that are "disabled", when you can do more while not working than the job you could do requires while working, there's a problem.

That's strange. In the red State where I live, the top receiving area within the State is a blue district with a 60% black population. The red areas aren't anywhere near the percentage of recipients or black population.
My State isn't alone is that scenario, either.
