you pull the strangest things out of your ass......I have never claimed that was the Plaintiff's stated purpose......in fact I have never once mentioned the Plaintiff's purpose......the HuffPo article states what her purpose was....it was seeking damages against the city because the police refused to press charges against anyone for rape.......
