one, the law does not consider her a rape victim......the law considers her to be someone who sold sex for crack......two, selling sex for crack isn't what Mish called her, its what she did.....

again, the HuffPo article.....the police and the prosecuting attorney determined those facts when they decided NOT to prosecute.......you continue to overlook the fact that Mish was on the city's civil attorney staff.....she had nothing to do with that decision and likely had never heard of Hilton and her daughter until the suit against the city was filed......Grand Rapids is a big place, they have twelve attornies on staff....

A decision not to prosecute can be made for a variety of reasons.

Your mistress Mish was on the staff that unsuccessfully defended the city against a suit in which the girl's mother was an employee of Plaintiff.
