Darth Beto Omar opines then whines because his comment never shines. Trump and his followers lack common sense along with common decency.
Those countries are as poor as Honduras.
the question is where to keep them.....You are your brother's keeper.

Why are the Hondurans in Mexico our problem?
Those countries are as poor as Honduras. Now you know why no one wants a failed state on their borders. You are your brother's keeper.
Who can argue with that sentiment?
But here’s the deal: if you are a politician and you advocate ‘be our brothers keeper’ as a basis for border and immigration policy, be honest about it. Inform voters of the costs involved—costs, that will be passed onto them through higher taxes. Since Emergency Rooms are required by law to treat critical patients—no matter where they are from, tell voters that they can expect a rise in their healthcare costs as someone, at some point along the line, is going to be paying for the service.
Tell low and lower middle class voters they may be competing for jobs with Hondurans and other Central Americans. Tell inner city voters to expect a rise in gang violence...you get the idea by now.
Tell them all of that..so voters can make an informed decision on Election Day.
Let's look at the reality.. Israel doesn't want Syria as a failed state on their border.. with drug smuggling, kidnap for ransom, acute poverty, lack of immunizations and constant political turmoil. KSA has worked hard for 40 years to elevate healthcare, education and economic viability in Yemen.
You see what I am getting at?
If Mexico and Honduras weren't such impoverished, criminal messes, those people would not be trying to get to the US.
Just like 6 million Syrian refugees have fled Syria.
And the very first question should be, "Did you seek asylum in any of the other countries you traveled through, before reaching the US border?".

It’s a thorny problem and there’s easy solutions for it.
Though we can say open borders isn’t one of the solutions.

the world is full of of problems, that dosn't make them our problems either.
Kudzu make s a good point about keeping them down on the farm by helping their economy.
We do give these poor C.America countries aid however. The problem is their governments are corrupt and the aid doesn't make it to the people.
Bottom line always -America First
I find it ironic that Mexico is bemoaning the cost to them for having refugees at the border, when they "ALLOWED" millions of mexicans to run over our border cost us BILLIONS.
they know how to fish. It's not like Honduras and Guatemala were never successful states. What's that ditty about teach a man to fish? I'm not sure foreign aid is the answer.

Have you reminded them that we still can’t get The Wall built and that we’re still waiting on the money that they were going to pay for that?
Mexico claiming that the "refugees" will be costly to keep at the border

We just need to be creative. Start taxing tacos and burritos and then start construction of the border wall.
It will be costly to Americans if we let people into our country who will vote for Democrats.
