Since 2018, it is now a felony.

OK so here, the National Archives sent those docs to Obama's library, whereas Trump stole them from the White House and the National Archive requested them back.

So you left that out of your post and the reason why is glaringly obvious; you're doing everything you can to distract from the treason committed by Trump, to whom you have intrinsically linked yourself.

So that means if Trump is guilty of treason, then so are you.

If Trump is guilty of stealing nuclear secrets and trying to sell then, then so are you.
