The term "nuclear" is a fallacy constructed by the FAKE media. The two thirds Marjory rule was invented in 2003 by the Party of the Jackass. Up until then, ALL court nominations were a simple majority. Republicans have merely re-instituted the tradition after the Party of the Jackass decided to turn this process into a media circus.

Its time to move on. Legally speaking Ginsberg is now unfit to exercise her duties and should be removed and replaced with a new justice as appointed by the president.
