Screw America, it is just about one side winning. Whatever one side in power does now to screw over the the other....will come back and bite the other side in the ass when they come into power. Both side are incapable of looking ahead. What would I have done? Tried to work with the other side. Twist a few political arms. Maybe compromise a little. A little statesmanship maybe? Nothing whatsoever has changed.......SCOUTS appointments have been nothing but a dog and phony political show since FDR attempted to stack the court to pass his New Communist Deal in the 30s. From that time forward the SCOTUS seat goes to the political party with the most power and available wealth. The parties purchase the best judges that money can purchase.
The democrats especially have abused the Judicial Branch in order to circumvent the legislative branch as they know their radical and unconstitutional policies can never get by the people under the constitutional method of drafting law.....democrats love radical judges that amend the constitution by adding or taking away from the original language.
That method is how they removed God from the public domain and infiltrated the original democrat party and replaced it with social communism with the ACLU being the transmission to help legislate law from the bench.
Thus, THE Nuclear method changes nothing...except to remove the false hope from the minority party. This option hurt the social demwits more than the conservatives as the conservatives have always folded to demwit pressure even when they have the power to stop them. Take for instance Robert Bork.....Bork could have and should have been confirmed but the Conservatives simply stepped aside....they COULD HAVE used the tactics the democrats have engaged recently....and stood their ground with a filibuster...but they simply stepped aside and allowed the 42-58 vote reject possibly the best judge SCOTUS would have ever known. This will never happen again thanks to Harry Reid. All the nuclear option did was LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD as demonstrated by history actual. Now its a straight up and down political vote instead of having the DOG AND PHONY show just for media effect.
