No one is arguing that it was a strong recovery. But the premise of the thread is that Americans are winning "again" - as though we haven't been growing steadily.

Is growth more robust now, in Trump's 1st 6 months? Were Americans winning "again" when the economy started growing after the crash under Obama?

Thank goodness more people were able to eat regularly under Obama without having to stand in food lines at soup kitchens.

There is nothing at all stopping "ordinary" people from buying shares. The great equalizer. They will make the same percentage the "rich" are making. Then reinvesting it. Generally the reason the "rich" are rich and the others not. Yet.
