What is not normal is for the House just to announce today 'ok we are going to start investigations into these 10 congress people this week, and another 10 next week, and so on', when it IS NOT based on any evidence or proof provided thus far. As that is the definition of a witch hunt or fishing exercise.

You now have Republican after Republican saying what you are too stupid to understand. That without some facts or proof FIRST, ... any facts and proof, there should not be a fishing investigation opened and they would not vote for it.

McCarthy knows this. He knows his own caucus would refuse and shut it down and thus why he is now refusing to call the vote that just a few days ago he said was required and that he criticized Nancy Pelosi on prior.

If the first step is gathering proof, why are they starting the impeachment process before they gather the proof?

Oh Cmon, they have been investigating Hunter for years. They will find nothing new. It is a show investigation with a political aim. Mccarthy said he did that with Hillary. Now he is doing it again. He has been reluctant to do it because their endless investigations have shown no crimes. Zero. But MTG and other rightys of your ilk pushed and threatened him into this disaster.

we have already seen all the evidence and how badly the other public hearings (whistleblowers, lol) have went for the Trumpderps and so this rehash will not make any difference for them. What it is most likely to do is give Biden a boost and most in the GOP know that and are saying it.

But Biden boost aside, the Republi'cans' should not just say tomorrow, 'we are going to open investigations in to the kids of the following 10 House members' as a way to 'investigate if there is any wrong doing they can attach to the Politician'.

You can't gather all the proof without having all the subpoenas answered. Nancy Mace says there are quite a few that have yet to respond. What she says he has seen is beyond belief but she is legally restricted in her comments, unlike you fucking democrats who run straight to the press with restricted material.

Yup.

James Comer has admitted he has got 100% of the info he has sought subpoena to date from all parties including banks.

Weiss admitted he could and DID investigate everything he wanted to without obstruction re Hunter Biden.

They have had 5+ years now and still NOTHING. These same people who cried about non stop investigations by Mueller (2+ years to indictments) and Jack Smith (6+months to indictment), when all of their investigations are literal witch hunts that never find a single witch.
