Oh I've come to detest the news media as being a bunch of pretty faces and empty heads whose primary purpose in life is to look down their nose at everyone and insult their intelligence while proving they are dumber than a bagful of coal. Informing us is not one of their goals. Heaven forbid that should happen.

Oh that's just silly. I am not defending anyone. I'm stating the obvious. Her speech, in the grand scheme of things, is insignificant. Besides, I kinda got the hots for Hillary. I like a woman who knows how to use an ashtray. :)

Again, I think the speech on its own is a small story.

But Trump & his ego just took it from zero to 60. It's a big story now. And it's a black cloud over easily the most important week of the GOP campaign. We're not sure how big of a cloud it is just yet - but it's certainly casting a shadow. It could potentially steal the week from them entirely.

Unless they do something else that's immensely stupid. Which is likely.

Well it's not like they needed any help there! Unless she's a professional politician, and she's not...I'm giving her a pass. It was a boring, meaningless, cliché speech full of boiler plate that damned near put me to sleep.
