1) His blackouts. K told him many times that he couldn't remember the night before.
2) The use of 'boofing' and 'Devil's Triangle'. The roommate indicated those terms were not farting and a drinking game.

We all know she didn't remember the exact date but she did name the people who were there: Kavanaugh, Ford, P.J. Smyth and one who's name she didn't remember.

From Kavanaugh's calendar: On July 1, he scribbled, “Go to Timmy’s for skis w/Judge, Tom, P.J., Bernie, Squi.”

His own calendar proves that there was a gathering with the people Ford names. It's not conclusive evidence but it shows she didn't make up stories about these people getting together at someone's house to drink.

So hopefully the culture is changing and will once again go back to innocent unless, or until, proven guilty.
