Why would you want him to serve jail time? That "crime" is never used like Weiss is using it. People are punished harshly if the gun they obtain is used in a killing or a robbery. Hunter's was never even loaded. When you clean up from drugs, people are given credit. The families of the wealthy and powerful are generally given breaks by the justice system. Hunter is being treated much more harshly. You are a hateful and small person. Hunter was never given a govt job or involved in Biden's campaign. But you want him in jail. You are quite hateful.

You don't know that. A Biden's word isn't that reliable. One of the first things people generally do when they buy a new gun is to load it. We don't know what punishment the DOJ will recommend ...yet. Hunter should get probation conditioned on monthly random drug testing.

It is interesting that you are being MUCH more generous with Hunter than you were with General Flynn. Both were guilty of lying to federal agents/form.

Nonviolent first time offenders virtually never get prison time for lying on a gun application.

I too, am skeptical but the lights are being shined on the roaches at the Justice Department.

They may be swayed by the public outrage enough to actually hold Cocaine Joe accountable.

The House and Senate should hold Joe accountable for his crime of selling America to our enemies.

This might result in America’s steady march into third world status being slowed or reversed…might.

Doubtful, first time offender, no criminal history, and gun wasn’t used in a crime, or any record of ever being used, suspended sentence or community service

Correct, the guy is a private citizen, and as far as getting special treatment, Presidents don’t allow their AG to appoint a Special Prosecutor if they want special treatment for someone, Billy Barr wouldn’t have even dare think of such a move

The Secret Service tried to get the Gun store to give them the Firearms form . The Store owner refused to give it to them. I suspect the form would have disappeared.

When do we get a Hunter Mugshot ?

Unless the "Special " Prosecutor is just a ruse. If that were the case the DOJ would violate its own rules and pick a prosecutor that works for the President. :thinking:

So, you live in a double-wide…commensurate with your lack of a formal education beyond the barnyard, old man.

My home is 6000 square feet and I pay 6000 dollars a year in property taxes and 500 dollars per month in homeowner’s association fees…golf course , club house, guarded gate costs etc.

We don’t allow trash like you near our gated, guarded subdivision.

Every car that enters has its license plate photographed and we have had only one minor incident in the decades that I have lived there…some teenagers went into a garage and took some beer. They were caught.

Because ending an ongoing investigation would be obstruction of justice. They thought that they could just keep delaying the investigation until all the statutes of limitations expired. They didn't plan on the IRS whistleblowers outing them.
