The BIDEN DOJ doesn't care much for "due process", so I think Hunter will just be thrown (summarily) in stir. And I think that once he's in the "Big House" he is going to have a permanently sore bottom (like your wife does, Concart !)

He's likely to 'disappear' into one of those federal facilities where you put people who are too 'hot' to put in with the regular riff raff in prison. He ends up being a number without a name because of his daddy. They just add some secret service types to the guards to be sure he's taken care of and kept safe from the usual stuff.

Not gonna happen, dumbfuck. These types of cases are rarely even prosecuted, much less jail time.
 
Plus he’s a first time offender so I doubt he gets jail time. He will probably get loaded up with community service and stuff though

Some in the media are reporting that Cocaine Hunter’s other crimes are being investigated.

Income tax evasion, FARA violations, shell companies, bribery to enrich his father and the entire Biden Crime Family.

Well he probably would get time for those then but this is just the first charge.

If he is found guilty of other crimes the punishments will get tougher

It could actually happen, but it's a travesty and a disgrace.

If a POTUS can't even protect his own son from bullshit like this,
how can we expect him to protection the nation?

My fucking party is going to force me to vote for this fucking wuss again,
and I'm not happy about it.

I'd rather send him sprawling with a backhander,
and instead, in the fakakta republic,
he's still going to be the best choice on the ballot.

Now I do believe that we could lose,
as catastrophic as that would be.
Hopefully, an asteroid will come quickly along to destroy the planet before that happens.
 
The DOJ was forced to reopen the case against Cocaine Hunter.

The prosecution was humiliated by the judge in the case.

They gave him a sweetheart deal that effectively gave him immunity in any further prosecution.

The American people are now aware of this and are watching to see how deep the two tier justice system runs in present day America.

Hunter won't get jail time. The prosecutor will give him probation. But he may lose his law license. Joe will end up pardoning him before it comes to prison time.
