LIfe in "Conservative Christian" America?

With this new standard of yours, I am now able to quote, say, an expert on Psychiatry if a certain behavior is healthy, and you must accept it as gospel fact. :)

New standard?? This is the exact same thing you have been doing since you have been on this board.

I found experts quoted in articles in respectable periodicals. That is the same thing you have done over and over. The only reason you are making a fuss is that you have no more argument and you refuse to admit you were wrong.

But you have been dancing every way you can, like last claim about the Appeal to Authority. That was hilarious.

I'm looking forward to quoting the Solitary Standard when you attempt to dismiss my next reference. :)

You are spouting bullshit again. This is the same standard you used when we were discussing the .308, when discussing gay marriage, and that you have used numerous times.

But feel free to call it the Solitary Standard. And if it is serious information from a reputable source, I will accept it at face value. However, if you quote a bogus study that has been debunked numerous times......well.....

So are you admitting homosexuality is natural?

No its not natural. I'm sure I'll be able to quote an expert that agrees with me. Then it will be gospel fact.

If you find an expert, feel free to quote them. It is what you have done in the past, even when the one you quoted wasn't an expert.

Who determines who qualifies as an expert?

We all know that experts never disagree with each other.

I would say it is a cumulative thing. So far I have quoted numerous biologists, zoologists and naturalists.

Appeal to popularity.

Not at all. But if you find a single biologist who says homosexual behavior never occurs in nature, and I have quoted 3 who say it does (including one who has spent her career studying dolphins), then my references out weigh yours.

I see its time to pack up for the mountains. I'll leave y'all to obsess and plot....

I agree you might wantto pack up and quit this thread before you embarrass yourself any more. No obsession from me and no plotting. Just a discussion on a topic I care about.

But I will say, SM, you stayed on topic pretty well this time.

Three, I think, for me. None for you. :)

Three, you think? Wow, good deal that you can claim three points. Care to detail what points those would be? Because what I saw was you flailing around grasping at straws, like your dismissing my links with the "Appeal to Authority" fallacy claim, despite that being completely inaccurate.
