Let’s be honest about who Rush Limbaugh really was

Yet you wanted to murder me for no reason at all. I've asked you several times why and you couldn't prove why I deserved to be shot between the eyes as you threatened. Why?

See?:

I find it funny how you drive people to want to kill you. Me personally I'd rather see the Alzheimer's take you out. spending those last days forgetting your entire life. its gonna suck bruh, lolololol.... no wonder you are so angry.

you do know sudden rage is a symptom, right?

at least then you will have an excuse when you steal valor. MIRITE!

There’s no point tiptoeing round the legacy of a man known for his racism, misogyny and homophobia

As in the aftermath of any public death, there were immediate calls for “respect” and “civility” as people urged others to consider the thoughts, feelings, and grief of his family. Needless to say, celebrating anyone’s death — including his — would be wildly inappropriate, and his family’s privacy should be recognized.

But it’s also important to talk about who Limbaugh really was. Because the only way to truly pay our respects to the radio host, who reached more than 15 million listeners during his 30-year talk radio career, is to remember exactly who he was and the legacy he left behind— one of divisiveness, cruelty, racism, homophobia, bigotry, and sexism. This was prejudice and callousness that he not only encouraged but reveled in.

The harm Limbaugh caused during his career is vast and difficult to quantify, but it can be seen in nearly every facet of our current political climate. He intentionally harmed marginalized communities. He sowed division with cold-hearted precision. He upheld the tenets of white supremacy, bigotry, and sexism. To pretend otherwise would be cowardly and morally wrong.

I'm not gonna attempt to defend Rush. It's an exercise in futility with you socialist/fascist jackasses. You've been conditioned by your overlords to avoid ANY activity that might expose you to conservative thought(Don't believe me? Check out this idiot in post #6: https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...ush-Limbaugh-really-was&p=4251928#post4251928). So how can you make any judgement on someone you know nothing about? Instead, let me remind you of a few other people who have passed on that YOU admire and try to emulate.

1) Stalin 2) Hitler 3) Mao 4) Ayatollah Khomeini

All 4 of your heroes here have, as Rush liked to say, "assumed room temperature". But their ideas live on! There ARE more idiots that call themselves nazis in America than in Germany, it's true(although some say the number wouldn't fill a high school gymnasium), but the roots of national socialism are all through leftist government here. And stalin may be long gone, but you can bet comrade pooti poot still keeps his KGB credentials in a drawer and takes them out to whip his skippy after he poisons a political foe. Mao's tits up, fucking china is still a bunch of flaming communists, although they seem to be swerving closer to fascism now and I say that because one attribute of fascism is a capitalist economy that is heavily regulated(you know, kinda like liz warren wants?). And then there's the dead Ayatollah. Honestly, I just think some demon shoved a hot poker up every iranian clergyman's ass and that's why they're so pissed off all the time, just like the American left.

Which brings us to the late, great Mr. Limbaugh. Do any of you think his ideas died with him? Same with Trump. Do you doubt that someone is going to emerge to run in 2024 with the EXACT philosophy that President Trump ran on in 2016?

Rush built an army of likeminded public figures who guest hosted his program over the years. The golden microphone will never go silent, so sleep well, leftard fascist America.

Rush was an actor playing a role to stir up shit and build a listener base. He found that preaching hate was profitable. He got very rich, and eventually had to say he was doing the right thing. I bet in his black heart, that he knew better. Rush and the others preaching hate are not making the country a better and safer place. They are doing the opposite.
One huge lesson that the phenomena have taught us is how many people respond to hate messaging. It gave us Trump. It gave us an angry and divided America. It did show how many cannot resist lies and a conman.
I see no way out if the Reds cannot recover.
