I strongly doubt Biden will be more than a one-term President....which is why his nomination by the Democratic Party is a clear indication the DNC is so far over the edge that the closest thing they had to a moderate was a septuagenarian one-termer.

B. Many of the claims already made have been discredited.
C. If the claims were actually credible, so many of them wouldn't have already been tossed out of court.

There are multiple pending cases, and only some of them actually claim fraud. A lot of what is being looked at are "irregularities." Whether or not that unearths fraud remains to be seen, but there have been several individuals who have been busted for fraud, like a social worker in Texas that was registering various elderly people to vote and then voting in their names.

I don't expect the election to change from the lawsuits. I don't expect the system to change either.
At this point, it's just a matter of principle.
The biggest obstacle to finding fraud is the simple fact that our voting system has few safeguards, especially when compared to every other First World nation.
This means that any close election can be thrown in any direction. If you want to avoid potential fraud throwing a local election in this country, you basically have to move to an area that is either solidly red or solidly blue. In landslides, you can't really throw the election.
