If you have millions more graduating the tax payers benefit by having a higher tax base.
Louisiana already has free college, no way this red state is the only one.

I guess I did know there were states like that. Do they take anyone? Or are there admissions qualifications? Community colleges dont have admissions qualifications that I know of, but I'm only familiar with a couple of states.

So then why claim we need free college for everyone if parents can just establish residence in a state where it's free?

I would never say free college for everyone
In Louisiana you need a 2.5 GPA
