2020 is not horribly out of date since there has only been 2 years of production since then. Agricultural production doesn't change much even over a decade. Texas has not put 10 million acres into vegetable production in the last 2 years. California hasn't closed all of its vegetable farms in the last year.
I see you still don't have any figures to refute my claim that 75% of vegetable production in the US is in California.
