It’s a balance. Let the Christian bakers deny making gay cakes but also deny giving them tax breaks and small business loans for not complying with government fairness guidelines. I favor that idea better than Big Brother shutting down businesses and forcing people to go against their beliefs.

I scanned their list of faculty, there are few verifiable PhDs, and most of the faculty went to second and third tier universities.

PCC is where you go to get a job when you drop out of a PhD program, or were rejected from ever getting into one.

I wonder as well if the classes are segregated by gender. At any given time, if not, a male student might be in the unholy presence of a menstruating female student. The horror!

And what about companies that refuse to hire qualified females or people of color or Christians? Should we just tell those jobless applicants, "Oh too bad, but we'll look into taking away a tax deduction so maybe they'll quit doing that."?

They would have to follow federal fairness guidelines to maintain a their qualification for tax breaks and government-back business loans.

I believe in positive reinforcement over punishment…the latter of which is both the most common and least effective means of behavioral modification.

Agreed they have the right but I disagree with using my Federal tax dollars to reward bad behavior. Also, I have a strong dislike for hypocrites.
