Kyle Rittenhouse

And all that pretty much goes down the toilet, as:

- Rittenhouse came out of state to purposely insert himself into a situation where he was not invited.
- Rittenhouse was illegally in possession of a weapon by State law, add to this that he is NOT a state resident.
- There is no recored evidence as to who initiated the conflict.

You don't need to be invited to visit a State.
He was legally in possession of the firearm in question.
You are denying numerous captures on camera of the evidence. You can't make evidence disappear by wishing, dude.

and what this little putz cannot show us is any video footage as to the initial contact and point of contention that transpired prior to the chase and shoot. So once again, you have some out of state clown inserting himself (uninvited) into a potentially violent situation with an illegal weapon.

Witnesses describing who started the conflict are evidence. You are ignoring it. Video footage (including this one) is also evidence that Kyle was acting in self defense.
You do not have to be invited to visit a State or a city.

Not the weapon itself, genius....the person who possessed it was (1) under age at the time (2) not supervised by an adult (3) not using said weapon for hunting or target practice (4) did not have an open carry permit

He doesn't need a permit to openly carry a long arm. He was not underage at the time. He does not have to be supervised by an adult. It does not have to be used for hunting or target practice.

Sorry, but two wrongs don't make a right. If junior is of similar status as Rittenhouse, then he can and will be charged accordingly. Thing is, he didn't kill anyone and has not been proven to fire the first shot or start the confrontation brandishing a weapon. Rittenhouse is on the hot seat for the actions described.

He was threatening Kyle with a lethal weapon.

translation: it's still unresolved as to who literally started the confrontation. Argued outside of a jury means nothing, as the jury makes the final decision when all evidence is presented. Like it or not, widdle Kyle is still on the hot seat for walking into a tense situation illegally armed and not invited from out of state.

Looters, arsonists, and rioters started the confrontation.
Kyle was legally armed.
He does not have to be invited.

You still do time.. a Class H crime under Wisconsin law for illegal possession, discharge and cause of death....especially if you went looking for trouble, as widdle Kyle did by involving himself in Wisconsin. To date, no proof as to who instigated the situation that lead to the fatal shooting. He's going to do more than a year (or he should).

Self defense is not a felony.

The Khindri brothers explained that their parents owned three car-related properties along Sheridan Road in downtown Kenosha, and that both brothers had arrived at their parents' properties that day to inspect damage from previous nights of protests.

Both Rittenhouse and Dominick Black, a friend accompanying him at the time, said they were in Kenosha that evening because the owners of the Car Source asked them to guard the properties.

But the Khindri brothers' testimony on Friday conflicted with those statements.

Sahil Khindri, who posed for a picture outside the Car Source with Rittenhouse and a group of heavily armed civilians, testified that he hadn't actually known any of the men at the time. He requested a photo because he was "so impressed" by the way the men were dressed, and had previously only seen armed men like that on television, he said.

He told the court that he didn't ask the men to protect the business, but he also didn't ask them to leave.

attorneys, Corey Chirafisi, asked Anmol Khindri why he would simply leave the properties unguarded.

"After seeing the destruction, there was nothing I could do," Anmol said.

Attorney Corey Chirafisi asked Anmol whether he was fearful of being sued if he admitted that he requested armed protection on the property where Rittenhouse ultimately shot Joseph Rosenbaum. Anmol appeared not to understand the question.

Anmol Khindri, who at the time was an inventory manager at the Car Source properties, recalled briefly chatting with Rittenhouse earlier in the day and giving the then-17-year-old his phone number.

Anmol said Rittenhouse, like many others that day, had expressed sorrow for the damage the properties had already sustained and interest in helping him fund-raise for repairs.

Prosecutors asked both brothers to read a text message sent to Anmol's phone on August 25, 2020, that said, "Hey Sam it's Kyle do you need anyone to protect your business tonight I'm more then (sic) willing and will be armed I just need address. Me and my brother would both be thwre (sic) armed."

Anmol confirmed that he goes by the name "Sam", and that he received the text on his cellphone.
