Why didn't you just state that infrastructure investment should be user based? I have no problem with that. In fact it is case where regressive taxation is appropriate.

No shit but it was one of his central points. One i happen to agree with. Another central point was the state of our national infrastructure, which was the premise behind his boondoggle conclusion, in which he is contradicted by those whose findings are more informed than Mr. Stockman's. Ergo I do not agree with him on that point.

What he laid out very well is why Krugman, Hillary and Trump's plan is crap.
