Kevin Spacey

Saying he was drunk at age 26 and jumped on a 14 year old boy and IF that is inappropriate behavior? Do we really need to question whether that is appropriate or not?
Absolutely not...but Spacey did not admit to doing that or even say that he did that. His accuser did. So far the only evidence against Spacey is hearsay evidence. Spacey would have been smart to either decline knowledge of such an incedent and keep his mouth shut. To say "Well if I did something inappropriate like that I owe him an apology." was a stupid thing to say publicly.

Pedophilia occurs in any group you want to mention. It is not restricted by race, religion, gender, sexual orientation.

The direct comparison of the Catholic Church and Hollywood was a discussion taking place. Nowhere did anyone state that was the only religious group that had pedophiles. I know you are far brighter than Garud... so how is it I need to explain this to you?

Because Christie, it is a COMPARISON. You don't have to mention every single group that it could have been happening in. It was a comparison of the two groups. It was not an all encompassing 'who has pedophiles in their group'.

You are smarter than this. quit acting like Garud, Desh and the other morons on the board.

In a normal society it would have fine to say that, but the hysterical witch hunt nature of US society now means that he is a hostage to fortune, social media and avaricious lawyers.

Should he be roasted alive or hung, drawn and quartered. Or even worse, have to spend a night with that talentless harridan Rosie O'Donnell.

Hung, are you really using hung, isn’t it hanged?

This happened 32 years ago!
If you wait 32years to cry about someone making a pass at you when you were 14.I don't give a flying fuck!

The timing is irrelevant. If the individual didn't want to bring it to light before doesn't make it any less invalid today. The fact that so many are coming forward is a good thing. While I leave open the possibility that they may not all be accurate, it is shining a light on a problem that needs to be addressed. Hollywood needs to clean up its bullshit abuse of power.

A witch hunt, or finally, people are tired of these abusers getting away with their abuse and wanting the public to know how prevelant the problem is so it can be stopped, especially if these people continue to abuse or are publically admired.

Yeh we know, rape culture, all men are rapists, mansplaining, patriarchy, blah blah. Here is a British woman called Sarah Vine commenting on when feminism finally lost the plot.

All men aren’t rapist, I have never or will ever make that kind of statement. Rapists are rapists, abusers are abusers.

I am not going to read your opinion piece, I know what type of a feminist I am, and it’s not the kind you believe me to be. I have a husband and sons, brothers, nephews, cousins and friends who are all men. I love men, but not men who disrespect, rape and abuse. I also don’t like women who do these things.

Have you read any British tabloids lately?

They weren't wrong then and they aren't wrong now.

Fatty Arbuckle was stitched up by Randolph Hearst and a madame who hired out women as prostitutes for Hollywood stars. He was completely innocent as you ought to know but surprisingly don't. You'd think that people would learn to be more circumspect when confronted with yellow journalism yet seemingly they fall for it time after time.
