It's not "saying" that's the problem, it's actively trying to overturn it that is.

Should only the actual participants in the lynching be prosecuted or everyone who supported the lynching? I believe the latter.
Virginia Thomas is guilty of supporting the overthrow of the United States of America and our Constitution. Her best move is to commit herself to an insane asylum and plead she's being "deprogrammed" as a Q anon member and regrets her actions.
Clarence needs to reaffirm love for his "best friend" and recuse himself where appropriate along with an apology for not doing so previously.
