Just remember the Repubs did this

I also said other stuff which you conveniently ignored....
It's the fruit of the poisoned tree. It starts with, "the government forbids it therefore it is treason" and flows from there. Taking away the base of the statement makes the rest fall.

So if one one aspect of an argument is invallid then all the argument is invalid ?
I will keep this in mind....

Only if every part extends from that one aspect. If there is a problem with an internal wall in the house, the entire house doesn't fall, however if the foundation is rotten the entire house will fall...

See the difference?

LOL...

It's a crime, maybe even a "hate" crime, it isn't treason to go after a certain group when you are not attempting to overthrow the government... The idea was supposedly americans would get so tired of them we'd all suddenly magically have AK47s appear in our hands and we'd be ready to issue a Fatwah on Democrats and stamp them out of existence like Israel without western support....

Dix...

"Florida is mostly Democrat, and has been for quite some time."

Florida has a Republican House, Senate, Governor and a Republican House, Senate and Governor elect!

someone whose predictions are consistently wrong are useful as well. It shows us which way not to go.

Haha.......we have a guy like that here. He's a Yellow Dog democrat and is really involved in politics, especially local and county elections. We wait to see what political signs he puts in his yard and then we know who not to vote for.:)

Gosh, I coulda sworn we spend days and days counting chads in 2000. Then we spent 2 years debating whether the Democrat actually prevailed there. Funny that would happen in a majority Republican state. When I made the comment, it was in relation to the US Congress, not the Florida legislature. The state legislature has absolutely nothing to do with what the US House votes on, or why/how they vote. I know for a fact, one Florida Senator is Republican and one is Democrat. I am not sure of the US House makeup, I think it's majority Democrat, but I could be wrong... it's certainly not ALL Republican or ALL Democrat, that would be very unusual in a state so evenly divided.

When some idiot makes the statement that the US House took action based on "the people of Florida" it should be pointed out, the "people of Florida" aren't all Democrats who oppose Republican initiatives, and they don't have any say in what the US House does or doesn't do.

I can do the same idiotic and juvenile thing you are doing, and twist your words out of context and application to mean whatever the fuck I say they mean, but I avoid doing this, primarily because I don't need or want to, and see no relevant purpose in doing it. I completely understand why you have to construct the illusion that I am always wrong, I just don't understand why you are so afraid of me, that you have to resort to this. Apparently, you don't have much faith in your ideas, or you can't articulate your points on an intellectual level, so you have to try to destroy my credibility, it's the only possible way for you to prevail. Contrary to your thinking that this sort of tactic intimidates me or dissuades me in any way, it actually gives me motivation and confidence that I have made valid points you can't refute.

it is truly amazing...he will twist and spin and actually tie himself in knots to avoid admitting he made a mistake about ANYTHING.

it is nearly pathological

Not only were you wrong (again), but you were WAY wrong:

Florida's US 109th House of Reps congressional delegation:

18 Republicans
7 Democrats

= 72% GOP majority in congressional delegation

Now all the sudden Florida is "evenly devided" yesterday it was Republican and has been for some time!

HAHAHAHAHAH!! Can you READ, fucktard? Did I not CLEARLY say, "I am not sure of the US House makeup"? It sure fucking looks like I said that! Did I not CLEARLY say, "I think... and I could be wrong"? Well I'll just be damned if it doesn't appear that is EXACTLY what the fuck I typed!

So, how in the world you came up with "Not only were you wrong (again), but you were WAY wrong:" I would really like to know! Do you have some sort of Pinhead Word Processor, that tells you I am saying something completely contradictory to what I post? What the hell is your problem? Can you just not bring yourself to be honest enough to acknowledge what I actually said? Why do you think that ANY ONE is going to read what I posted, and assume your completely FALSE assertions of what I said is accurate in the least?

You won't shrivel up and die if you admit I am right about something, you know this, right? It's really not mandatory that you go so far out of your way to 'prove me wrong' on every thing you can think of. No one is going to take away your pinhead status, or give you bigger balls, by just hurling out lie after lie about what I say!

Point taken, the Florida delegation to the US House is majority Republican, which means it makes even LESS sense that a Republican US House pulled offshore drilling legislation to appease "the people of Florida" as the original idiot concluded.

Okay so lets go back to your origional statement...

"Florida is mostly Democrat, and has been for quite some time."

Are you ready to admit that was wrong? If not what do you base that on?
