What reason would a judge that doesn't preside over criminal law have to sign a warrant, fucktard? A primary part of a Federal Magistrate Judges responsibility is to issue warrants you STUPID MOTHERFUCKER. Just stop.

Nope. A Magistrate does not have that authority. Only a judge may sign a search warrant, and only when the warrant specifically lists the place to be searched and the items to be seized. The warrant must also show cause for the search...a rather difficult thing to do since Trump had already worked with government agents to design and secure the storage area...AND THEY APPROVED IT, right up until these same agents broke the lock THEY REQUESTED BE PUT ON THE STORAGE AREA, following an illegal search warrant.

The irony here is that this Federal Magistrate has more experience in his little finger than the Trump appointed judge that made this ruling has in her entire body.

A magistrate cannot sign warrants for criminal law either. A judge is required, and that judge must follow the restrictions of the law before he is allowed to approve such a search.
