Magistrates sign off on warrants all the time. That is part of their job. You think the rule of law is 'shifty'. That's why you cannot ever be allowed to run anything. The depth of your stupidity is surprising even to me. I should have known better.

What reason would a judge that doesn't preside over criminal law have to sign a warrant, fucktard? I tell ya why they went to that guy, and it's the same reason they wanted Merrick Garland: They're probably pedos and compromised and the Dems have the the goods and leverage on them. They could never have gotten a real judge to sign off on that.

But do keep it up. This thing has cost Democrats thousands of votes already, and will be costing them more and more.

You obviously didn't read anything from the court case I posted, with all the precedents to this type of situation in it.

Trump's gonna get his stuff back and there's gonna be some people involved in this thing in trouble.

A primary part of a Federal Magistrate Judges responsibility is to issue warrants you STUPID MOTHERFUCKER. Just stop.

The irony here is that this Federal Magistrate has more experience in his little finger than the Trump appointed judge that made this ruling has in her entire body.

For non-criminal law? What reason would there be to sign warrants for non-criminal laws broken? Hmm?

Yet still that judge is his boss, until he's removed from the bench, which will be shortly.

Classified or declassified, the documents do not belong to #TRE45ON.

You can look at it this way. Your neighbor asks to borrow your lawnmower. You lend it to him. He refuses to return it when you ask. Does he have a right to keep it now, since you let him use it, or does it still belong to you? Would you call his refusal to return your property "theft"?

I made no argument regarding Trump having documents. I pointed out the (frequent) dishonesty of Gateway Pundit as it relates to the alleged approval by biden to execute the warrant. That's simply not true.

Again, the screenshots provide by GP clearly show the FBI was asking for permission to access the documents that were already retrieved. It even references "fifteen boxes". Those were retrieved, via subpoena, long before the warrant was executed. If you can't see what is right in front of you, I can't help you.
