John Brennan blasts assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist

who do you think is playing footsies with iran? by joining with Russia, China, England, France, Germany to hold Iran accountable for its nuclear program, to limit what kind of program it is, that it cannot be used for nuclear weapons, that Iran allows complete inspections, and in return, Iran is allowed to sell and buy more needed products in the world market to keep its people from starving? knowing that, like in Germany before WW2, if the people are not working, are not eating, they will back any asshole dictator and any military adventure if they are promised a job and food on the table? what have they got to lose?

Answer this then, if Iran's nuclear program was entirely peaceful then why the fuck did they bury so much underground?

Gee, I wonder why?
Every country in the region has been aggressive since 1979.
Two main culprits Iran and Saudi, et alone the US being over there for 17 years.
"get up to speed".
wait a minute. you consider the USA to be an aggravate of the internecine warfare of Islam
expressed between KSA and Iran?
They do fine enough without us being a factor

They're always pissed, every country in the region is pissed.
well you should start with the Abraham Accords negotiated by Trump -diffusing Israeli /Arab tensions

not that it is a magic wand, but bypassing the intractable "Palestinian problem" (that Kerry said could not be bypassed) is at least steps in the right direction

When King Salman dies, look for KSA and Israel to sign up as well -and that better then anything
will put Iran back on it's heels

not sure i understand the question? entirely what? why not underground? aren't most nuclear facilities not above ground in the open, in case of accidents?

The sprung maggot's logic doesn't accept that Izraeli aggression is responsible for many of Iran's cautionary measures. His response to this latest atrocity will be- ' He deserved it. He was an Iranian intellectual '

somehow Obama dreamed up we could realign the ME to pacify Iran without undermining the KSA/Sunni states.

all it did was embolden Iran ( and the plane load of cash sent to it's Quds force)
and undermine our security relations with Sunni states.

But it was Obama! and the media is obsequious in support while the foreign policy establishment
agrees that somehow it's going to all work out. we have seen it does not

The media is supportive of the foreign policy establishment up and until a republican gets us into a war lol.

IOW, it’s dependent on which party is in control. If The Obama wanted to pull out of the ME the media would have been his biggest cheerleader.

When Trump tries it, not so much.

Peaceful, and no they are not usually buried underground inside mountains. The only ones that do that have something to hide.

good god, not the planeload of cash bullshit again. that was their dough, stupid fuck. how many times are dumbass trump stooges going to keep showing how easily played they are? i do not believe being fair towards any country is wrong. even iran or saudi arabia, who both suck about the same. all of this hand wringing over iran maybe trying to get nukes when we know Israel has had them for years!! and Israel is still illegally occupying the West Bank and the Gaza Strip they took in 1967!! and have been sanctioned more by the UN than any other country in the world!!

but the best way to stop iran is to join with all the other major countries and have limits to what they can do and to allow complete inspections. only an idiot would be against that.

Geez, the maggot is hypocrisy-proof.
Tell us how your clever Jewish fascists hid their nuclear program from the IAEA, maggot.

Then fuck off.

Haw, haw..............................hw.

if we cant inspect their military facilities -and they hide more- inspections are worthless

They are already way over the IAEA limits for enriched uranium

The money was in escrow -we gave it back and got nothing for it -in fact it never reached the Iranian people
with a crappy economy.
It was used to fund their exhibitionary forces in the region -primarily in Syria

you make a good point on this one. i have never believed we need troops on the ground in any hostile country, unless it is expressly for ACTIVE combat, not any kind of peace-keeping or police type function. it puts them in extraordinary danger, and it does nothing to promote peace or law and order. we have surveillance drones, aircraft, satellites...we have drones that can destroy almost anything we want with no real risk and quickly. and jet fighters and missiles if need be. what the hell do we need human assets on the ground for?

Preaching to the choir.

I think it says a great deal about Trump's criminal background that his favourite approach to international relationships (and the future of America) is to get some of his gangster friends to do murder.

it is the way of all chickenshits. and gangsters. kill someone like a mob boss would rub out a store owner who would not pay for protection...in the dark, without warning, like a punk ass bitch.

Yet you never said a fucking word when Obama was droning Afghanistan and Waziristan, hypocritical cunt!!

John Brennan’s Kill List
http://blogs.reuters.com/great-debate/2013/02/07/questions-for-brennan-on-the-kill-list/
It is within the kill list for such signature strikes that the water gets deliberately muddy. It can refer to rocket attacks on training camps or suspicious areas under the control of militants. Reports of civilian casualties from drone strikes on these compounds are rare, since the administration effectively considers all military-age males hit in such zones as combatants, according to a New York Times report last May.

There is some recourse for the family of those killed, however. They may be posthumously cleared if there is explicit intelligence in their favor.

There have been reports that the targeted list has been questioned internally. Bill Daley, former White House chief of staff, is quoted in the same New York Times report as saying,
“One guy gets knocked off, and the guy’s driver, who’s No. 21, becomes 20? … At what point are you just filling the bucket with numbers?”
The committee members should attempt to discover who has been killed in strikes in Yemen and Somalia, where the United States has reportedly been acting at the behest of the countries’ governments. Those targeted may well be fighting against their own government, not the U.S. homeland.

Iran, on the State Department list of state sponsors of terrorism.

To whomever did the deed, you have done a great service to the world.

“.If it turns out that Israel is behind the killing of Fakhrizadeh, the strike may reflect the Jewish state’s worry about a major shift in U.S. policy toward Iran under the administration of Joe Biden when he becomes president Jan. 20 (barring a reversal of the election outcome that President Trump is seeking).

Fred Fleitz: Sudan-Israel agreement normalizing relations marks a revolutionary change — all thanks to Trump
Lew Olowski: Iran, not Trump, threatens US security – the president is handling the situation correctly
Newt Gingrich: Incredible revolution changed Iran from US friend to foe – We need to understand how and why
Given the obsession by Democrats to rebuke President Trump and rejoin the Iran nuclear deal and Iran’s stated refusal to reopen the agreement for renegotiation, it is likely the U.S. will quickly rejoin the agreement and drop U.S. sanctions on Iran after Biden takes office.

Israel knows such a development would be a huge boon to Iran’s military and nuclear programs and likely also would embolden Iran to step up its meddling in regional conflicts and sponsorship of terrorism.”
