Affordable? What about the millions that lost their affordable coverage because it was deemed not good enough?

The district as a whole has 17% poverty and more than 1 in 5 get food stamps. The portion that is Buckhead is far from being crime infested and falling apart. It's also 76% white while the district as a whole is 61% black. Tells me the crime infested portions that are falling apart are where the blacks lives. If it weren't for the Buckhead portion, the 1 in 5 food stamp number could be 1 in 3.
