Jesse Jackson lauds Trump speech

There you go with the fluff again.

I don't care about his tax returns. I don't care about who pays for the wall. Nobody but the left and some neocons take the Russian hacking of the corruption seriously. Myself and many others voted for Trump based on what he would do for the economy and jobs.

And guess what? His first Monday in office he's out there talking to business leaders telling them he's going to go after 70% of Obama era business regulations.

No, the final conclusion about Trump can't be made yet. He's barely in office, for crying out loud.

But I'm more than happy to say 'so far, so good' on his promises.
yep. forget the chattering class on pundits - they loved Obama smooth talk, but Obama couldn't get past the stimulus when it came to the economy -fer Lords sake he was negotiating the TPP!

Trump gives me "fingernails on the blackboard" shivers when I hear some of his talk-but it's just talk-
and talk doesn't do much of anything.

He's already saved good jobs- I expect he will be doing some re-negotiations/better enforcement on trade.
His Russian posture is superior to Congress/the CIA and chattering press.
I expect these to pay off as we go along

Trump is going to be Trump.

It comes down to actions vs talk with me. It's crazy early, but so far his actions haven't disappointed me, yet lol.

This isn't about what you care about. It's about identifying a con man. Whether you care about tax returns, Russians, or who pays for the wall .. IT'S WHAT HE SAID .. and he said those things knowing that he wasn't going to deliver. A con man.

Don't get this twisted brother. This conversation isn't meant to change your mind about Trump. That's has to come from a power far beyond mine.

This conversation is not only about exposing Trump, but also about exposing the mindset of his supporters. As you've just demonstrated, they don't care about his lies, don't care that he's a con man.

My question is, then how do you care about America? How does a lying con man who is hated all over the planet serve the best interests of this nation.

I recognize that you can't answer that either.

Just like I bet you think it's a fact that Black neighbors are plagued with drugs and crime........so the white savior Dump need to come in and save them.

What they aren't reporting is crime is down all across the country. But your white savior needs to keep you people in fear.

You're just a huge fuckwad. You don't want discussion. You just want someone to beat up. Typical schoolyard asshole.

Have your balls dropped yet? There's YUGE numbers of people out there lining up and ready to kick 'em back up and out your ears.

Where to start lol.

For one thing the notion that 'Trump is hated all over the planet' tells me you need to find some unbiased news sources and/or stay away from social media. For example, I just read where some Gulf state leaders are happy that Trump got elected because a strong leader in the WH is helpful to them in the region.

The wall: it will be built or it won't. Seems an obvious concept, that it's too early to label Trump a con man for not producing The Wall on his first Monday in office.

It's a little comical, actually.

You have a very pronounced anti-Trump bias and it's affected your thinking.

well that's it. he produces results or he doesn't.
Obama gave great speeches and then gummed up the works with his flooding of anti-business regulations -so what good did smooth talk do?

This is essentially his first day in office - see how he does.

Millions of people marched against Trump on his first day in office ALL OVER THE PLANET IN 600 CITIES. Unprecedented in human history.

But you read somewhere the some gulf state leaders are happy about him. :0)

I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words."

Is Mexico going to pay for it?

Sometimes he mockingly tells the truth.

In February 2016, while delivering a victory speech following the Nevada caucuses, Donald Trump proclaimed his love for the various demographics that led him to victory.

As part of that list, he exclaimed, "I love the poorly educated.

He's talking about people like you.

Yes, HELL YES, I am fervently anti-Trump, and I'm going to relish in all his failures, won't give him credit for anything he does, and I'll slap around the ignorance of his supporters every chance I get.

Just consider what you guys did to Obama, and you'll feel better.

You're too caught up in your ideology brother. :0)

Trump has a said a lot of things he won't/can't deliver on .. and he knew that he wouldn't keep that promise when he said it. That's the mark of a con man.

Is Hillary going to jail?
Is Mexico going to pay for his wall?
Did he ever produce the conclusive proof that Russia wasn't involved in the election as he promised he would deliver 3 weeks ago?
Is he going to release his tax returns as he promised?

I'm sure you can find an excuse for all that and more that he's never going to deliver on, but that's because you're blinded by your politics .. the same politics that would have caused you to question the integrity of any democrat who lied as Trump does almost daily.

Going after Obamacare is a pledge that he and republicans cannot break. They've fashioned their entire anti-Obama mantra around it. But Trump, like the rest of the republicans got slapped in the face with the reality of the costs of ending Obamacare, so they are now forced to take a different approach. I have serious doubts they can come up with any comparable plan. They've had 7 years to figure this out.

The analysis on Trump is very easy. He simply cannot be trusted .. which is why American banks don't trust him. He's a con artist.

You mean like this: June 6, 2009: "If you like the plan you have, you can keep it. If you like the doctor you have, you can keep your doctor, too. The only change you’ll see are falling costs as our reforms take hold." - Barack Obama.

You claimed you would't trust Trump before he was even President. Obama lied about what is in the quote above and you still trust him. So sad you put more into what you speculate will happen than to what actually HAPPENED. We both know why. Pucker up.

You've already decided in 3 days that something isn't going to happen yet you had 2922 days of lies related to Obamacare that you ignore.

I Trump loves the poorly educated, he was talking about your people since they have lowest indicators of education of any group in society. Do I need to specifically mention what they are? Wait, I will whether you want it or believe it when it is.

Average IQ lower for blacks than all other groups. College graduation rate less than most other groups. Proportional crime rate higher than all other groups. Proportional food stamp rate higher than any other group.

I don't put much stock in IQ tests since it's impossible to quantify the human brain. If you score well on IQ tests it only means you're good at taking them.

There is no biological basis for racism. Plenty of people have gone looking for it and came away looking ridiculous.

Based on what you say, should I take that to mean IQ tests show blacks are bad at taking tests?

I never said any of those things where blacks perform lower/higher depending not the issue were based on biology. Never said it was because any other group scoring performing better were inherently superior. I have my opinion on why they are lower/higher and none have to do with biology, genetics, etc.

And what might that be?

Higher illegitimate birth rate. Greater economic instability/poverty. Absence of both parents.

The research backs it up.

That is a decent reference as far as poverty playing a role in education. That would apply to anyone of any race in that situation though and self determination. I know many poverty stricken people who have done very well in life. Found the time and grit to make it happen.

Since level of education plays a key role in determining economic situation, the two go together.

Never said it didn't apply to all races. My claim was that blacks perform lower/higher in certain areas (low being bad in some and high being bad in some). It's a cycle. A child born into a single parent poor family is more likely to be a poor adult. That more blacks are born into single parent homes, something the research says produces lower economic situations, my claim was that those things are the cause. As I've said, the research backs it up.

I also realize there are exceptions. However, for every one you know that rose out of poverty, how many didn't. It goes back to the person and the things you said are needed to break that cycle.
