He's accused of molestering 10 boys over the past 15 years.

The real scandal has been the higher ups at Penn St University knew about this and nothing really happened to him.

A couple of weeks ago he was arrested and let out on bail.

He did an interview last night with Bob Costas claiming his innocence, his love of children and the guy who saw him having sex in the shower with a 10 year old boy is lying and made it up.

I'd disagree. All men have faults, but that does not mean that they are absent of good qualities that some might love. Now far be it from me to defend this man, should his allegations turn out to be true, but I don't know him. I cannot judge him in the same light as his wife, and likewise she cannot look at him objectively like we can. Love isn't blind, but it is forgiving.

purveyors of pure evil are far and few between as pure evil is difficult to maintain

pedophiles are incurably sick - if this guy is guilty, then he needs to be put away for a long time

Understood. I think we are all pretty clear on Damn Yankee's feelings about homosexuality. There have been many many threads where he and we have discussed them. Must the same conversations be had over and over and over? If we continue to talk about new announcements regarding Sandusky is every thread then going to be a discussion of pedophilia is because of homosexuality etc. etc. etc.?

Yeah, thats pretty much how it goes here. There are only a few topics that have actually been discussed. The rest of the time it sinks into a name-calling insultfest.

The main reason I think Sandusky is guilty is the massive coverup. Penn State wouldn't have done that for baseless allegations.

I see you backed off your claim that homosexuality leads to pedophilia, and are now saying tolerance of homosexuality leads to pedophilia. I am guessing you have no more proof for this than you did the other?

Also, you can keep saying that pedophilia with the same gender is homosexuality, but the FBI Behavioral Sciences people disagree. I wonder who would be more credible....

I could not be impartial. Once you've read that someone walked in on him raping a 10 yo, I don't know how can you be impartial? Usually, if it's just a woman, they will trot out a little, well yeah, but look what she was wearing! And, yeah, but look how many guys she screwed in her life! And look how many drinks she had. And look how she was looking at him. And she went to his locker room what did she expect!

But what are they going to try and say - the 10 yo boy was dressed provocatively?

Hopefully they won't say anything until after they have heard the evidence on both sides.

The fact that you consider competitive wrestling to be gay only shows you own issues. It is a sport. No one gets boned up the ass. Men who are secure in who they are do not get wound up and scared when another man touches them in a VERY nonsexual way.

The more you talk on this subject the more I feel pity for you.
