Everyone who takes the Fifth is guilty. The Constitution prevents that admission of guilt to be used in criminal prosecution.

I don't think there is enough correlation to even claim its a coincidence.........the "violence" at the capital was less than the violence at Portland, Minneapolis or Seattle......I think charges should never have been brought against 99% of those involved......I think the current hearings are political theater at its worst......
