BECAUSE I DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THAT THREE-HOUR RIOT! It made zero fucking difference in the process and what Trump did or didn't do is irrelevant. Biden got elected and is in office. The Jan 6 committee is a fucking waste of time.

Trump did. If the other side agrees to let you just read a statement then ok, but if they want they can make you plead the fifth to each question individually.

Wrong again!

Pleading the fifth is an all or nothing right, meaning you cannot choose to take the stand and then plead the fifth. Essentially, once you are on the stand, you are legally compelled to answer all questions asked of you by your attorney and the prosecution.

Sorry you and your website are wrong.

Your website is talking about being in a criminal trial, which is all or nothing. A deposition is different. A civil deposition is very different.

Try to educate yourself before you state a fact. A tiny bit of knowledge can get you in trouble. It’s much more complex than the way you state it.

If Congress (not a trial and non-criminal proceeding) calls Trump and requires him to answer each question, that is their right.

The most inflammatory thing trump said that day was when he told his followers to "fight like hell because if you don't fight, you're not gonna have a country anymore."

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH SAYING THAT. These people who say trump incited a riot are lying and they know it.

I think trump might show up and testify. It would be a shit show, like his debate with Biden, just trump yelling like a little girl the whole time - he won't answer any questions - but he might show up!
