There is universal healthcare in Thailand, it's not perfect but the national hospitals although stretched are amazing given the demands made on them. You have little idea about many things sadly and you never take the time to find out the truth. You can buy Ivermectin here for peanuts from most pharmacies, especially in rural areas. This is from Reuters back in 2011, the Thais have been truly outstanding when it comes to eliminating intestinal worms and parasites.

That certainly suggests there is a need for worm treatment. Sorry to hear that Thailand has a worm problem. There is a real chance that Thailand will get better.
Here is a question: any thoughts on what you will do if Thailand gets better (or worse)? Either way, they will not want their old oppressors around, and you will have to find a new home. You do not seem connected to England, or Ireland. What is your bug out plan?

There you go twisting my words again, they don't have a worm problem anymore than any other country ffs. You can get worms from raw seafood, I never eat raw prawns or baby clams for that very reason.
As for your other question, go fuck yourself. I will flying back to England in a few months to see old friends and my sister. Also plan to go to Tokyo to see my youngest son and Singapore to see my eldest son when he relocates there this year.
