It's price gouging, not inflation or supply issues

who told you wages had to keep up or it isn't inflation?.....

Inflation affects EVERY DOLLAR, not just the ones you need it to affect in order to make a bullshit political point.

The problem is that you're a goddamned motherfucking idiot who doesn't understand things when they aren't conveyed in a childish fairy tale format.

Yeah, it is that obvious. It is that simple. It is that easy.

We do not need for-profit companies swiping the oil beneath our feet, that is our birthright, and selling it to China.

slapping a state seal on it won't make drilling a cost free and easy endeavor

its just that now is not the time to trifle with enviro-austerity. can you get that through your dumb heads?

we're not reinventing a wheel here. though that would be easy. imagine something harder.

LOL. Anyone can see slapping a state seal on it doesn't make it enriching either when we look at Venezuela. All it does is make the "leaders" rich while the proletariat suffers.

most people work on contractual fixed rates... so.... yer dum.

thats why inflation is like, considered bad and stuff.

The only reason drilling is expensive is because of the profit motive.

If there is no profit motive, there is no expense.

That oil is ours...it belongs to us...it doesn't belong to a multinational corporation.

I haven't once mentioned the environment...my continued argument is wholly economic and unemotional.

Thing about Venezuela is that like Texas, Oklahoma, and North Dakota in 2015-16, the bottom of the oil market fell out and Venezuela, which was dependent on fossil fuel revenues just like those welfare states, couldn't make its budget because the global price per barrel dropped.

The difference is that unlike Venezuela, Texas, Oklahoma, and ND all got generous federal bailouts (AKA SOCIALISM).

So yeah...we don't want to be Venezuela, and we don't want to be Texas either.

No they don't. Most people do not work on contractual fixed rates.

If you're gonna lie, at least make it believable.

Inflation isn't a bad thing, it's not a good thing...it's neither. It's what happens when you spend two years in a global pandemic that wreaked havoc on supply lines.

Inflation affects EVERY DOLLAR, no exceptions.

So if wages only grew by 4% while prices grew by 7%, that's price gouging because 7% =/= 4%.
