That's just it with the left---they don't want to debate. They want it shut down as soon as possible. That's what they love about the courts and executive power [at least when their guy is in office]. The same thing was done with climate change. Obama decided the debate was over, so he used the EPA to over regulate the coal industry. And by no means think for a minute they're done. If Hillary gets elected she'll get around to strangling the fracking industry in red tape.

The only thing distinct about Obama's decree regarding bathroom use is it's ridiculous aburdity and lack of economic importance.

The rapid decline in the combustion of coal has been a godsend, almost a miracle that one person could acomplish so much in so little time. In a lot of ways Obama has been an incredible president.
Hopefully you are right about fracking as well.

Try to stretch your mind around this; the numbers quickly become so massive that the human mind can't begin to comprehend but..... start with 6 million gallons. That is the averave frack. Now figure the square area at a film thickness of 1 mm. Now take that to the fourth power. That is how many pounds of force is exerted during a frack.
If you comprehend this number but still believe fracking cannot cause earthquakes then you are unworthy of time.
Would you like to discuss other aspects of fracking or talk about why we need to burn even less coal?

The left is famous for conjuring problems where they don't exist. They did it with hate laws. In a country with 100's of millions of citizens there's going to be a smattering of incidences where race/religion/etc is the motivation for a crime against an individual. And since it's already illegal to assualt someone, hate crimes just amount to another layer of law over the existing statutes.

But that was never the point: the left wanted certain groups [the ones they favor of course lol] to be elevated to 'victim status'; primarily gays, blacks, currently Muslims---just about anyone who the left thinks should be protected from white Christians lol.
