2) Did Trump return those when asked, then subpoenaed by a grand jury?

No

It is questionable because the law as it reads does not cover digital images and because people sent the documents to her, she did not upload the emails.

More importantly it is a different criminal law Trump is accused of having violated. Trumps case is more clear cut and I’ve seen no valid defense to his situation. Trump was asked to return the documents and he only returned about a third of them. Trump was then subpoenaed for the remaining documents and he returned 7, somehow the FBI knew that was not all of them so they got a warrant and took all that they could find in a three hour search.

IN what stretch of the imagination is he entitled to have those documents. Keep in mind 44 USC 2202 and 18 USC 2071?

in the possible situation that every document seized by the FBI is not a document covered by that statute.....keep in mind you don't have a fucking clue what any single document in any box actually is, apart from what some demmycunt newspaper reporter claims he was informed by some demmycunt government employee........
