2) Did Trump return those when asked, then subpoenaed by a grand jury?

No

There was no protocol about computers back then


She handed over every ticking thing they asked for immediately


No classified documents were found


They determined some emailed danced around information that had classification


That was her big offense idiot


That was why Comey didn’t prosecute anything


But Comey sure wanted to make her sound bad for the election in progress
 
Trump had the actual documents on his carpet... He refused to turn them over.

Explain? The rule of law Would require Trump be prosecuted. What he did was against the law on at least two accounts, am I wrong?
