Uh, erm... well, okay then. There are already lowered speed limits. There are bans on texting and in some areas talking on cell phones while driving. People -- all people, not just your fictional "libs" -- have been demanding safer highways and drivers since before I got my own drivers license, in 1969. We didn't even have seat belts in our cars when I was a kid.

Maybe you just don't understand what the legal term "homicide" means. It doesn't mean driving and being involved in a fatal accident.
