Planted "evidence". Why else would Trump's attorneys not be allowed to see what actually occurred during the raid?
Because they have no right or need to?

It doesn't work that way, counselor, since the impetus is on the prosecution. The FBI gave themselves the opportunity to plant evidence, and now have no way to prove that they didn't. That and the fact that they have a history of doing just that, as well as open political animus, puts reasonable doubt in any sane juror.
I suggest that you re-read post 89 to see what my position actually is, rather than pretending that it is something else.
The attorney has no right to search or otherwise ascertain what each agent had on their persons when they entered the scene.
There will be if it ever goes to court. There is no burden for them to prove they didn’t plant evidence.

If they had done this properly, they would have had Trump's attorney open the door for them and allowed each to be checked for documents before entering. But as such no juror can be assured that evidence was not planted.

I’m not 100% sure, but I doubt they have the right to oversee or follow the agents around during the execution of the warrant. They can be excluded.
No taint at all.
Not a chance. The burden of proof is upon the accuser, not the accused.
Of course you have no idea *how* it was done, other than the nonsense you lap from the alt-RW sewer.
I watched an interview from Trumps' attorney, and she stated that she was not notified of the search until after it began, and upon arrival at the site was not allowed into the building. How do you not know this? Not reported by CNN or PBS?
The accuser is the prosecution.
it was reported no one was there, pay attention
You'll believe literally *everything* the Reichwing media tells you to believe. There is no right to have your attorney present at a search. She was allowed in as a courtesy.

That’s only if they prosecute anyone for planting evidence.
Do you not understand how the legal system works?
It was reported the resort was closed. That doesn't mean no one was there. It only means no guests were there and the staff required to serve guests wasn't there. A resort is not closed down with no maintenance or security.
You're obviously confused.
