It doesn't work that way, counselor, since the impetus is on the prosecution. The FBI gave themselves the opportunity to plant evidence, and now have no way to prove that they didn't. That and the fact that they have a history of doing just that, as well as open political animus, puts reasonable doubt in any sane juror.

The FBI met their burden by presenting the evidence to a Judge.

YOU are making a claim that the “raid” was fraudulent, so back it up!

Lawyers do not get to see seized evidence before it is carted away anyways. That's what discovery is for. They are only on scene to ensure that items not mentioned in the warrant are left alone. #TRE45ON is just lucky they let him have an atty. present. Do you think when they come to search your house for evidence that you took part in the #Jan6Insurrection, they'll let you know ahead of time so you can have a lawyer there? Hahahahaha!

If they had done this properly, they would have had Trump's attorney open the door for them and allowed each to be checked for documents before entering. But as such no juror can be assured that evidence was not planted.

The attorney has no right to search or otherwise ascertain what each agent had on their persons when they entered the scene.

I’m not 100% sure, but I doubt they have the right to oversee or follow the agents around during the execution of the warrant. They can be excluded.

No taint at all.
