It is not a Mosque they are building in Manhattan

Hmm... never realized US soldiers were readily available in midtown Manhattan. In fact, I would say there are probably a few more US soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, than in midtown Manhattan, but that's just a guess.

Are you really equating a community center in Manhattan with a mosque in a nation under sharia rule??

Neither Iraq or Afghanistan are under Sharia rule.

Even if (and thats a big 'if') they were going to plan jihads, do you think they would think that the best place would be this community center?

As I said, it's not like they haven't done this before, it's one of their most well known tactics. I think the fact that you don't believe it's possible, is a testament to how brilliant the strategy is.

And do you really think that not allowing them to build it would stop their plans for a jihad?

Oh, nothing is going to stop their plans for jihad, they are in it to the end. Unless we defeat them and kill enough of them, they will continue the jihad. And they will also continue to use our system, our freedoms, and our rights, to conceal their true intentions.

Americans will be safer from islam fighting it here at home, rather than over in foreign desserts. I don't care if they implement theocracy over the rocks and lizards in their remote valleys.

It's amazing how our military industrial complex and intelligentsia believe that plane ride to the americas completely reforms jihadis.

You realize we have Mulsims in our military, right? And a large population of Muslims overall, at every segment of American life & occupation?

And what of soldiers from other denominations who have murdered & committed crimes while on duty?

Should we re-examine their religions, and whether they should be included in our military as well?
