Is Trump being baited, again?

You know, I wonder if it's because Trump has zero couth, is a loud-mouthed openly-racist misogynist bullying tard, and thus they identify with him? Trump has made it cool again to be a white supremacist, a pitiful victimized Christian white male, an unashamed hater. If Pence becomes POTUS they'll have to put away their rebel flags, swastikas, white sheets, and wife-beaters, and pretend to be civilized humans again.

pense is one of them

I’ve been saying for months that Trump was baited into firing Comey, who then leaked to his buddy, with the *admitted* intent to have his other buddy Mueller, appointed as SP, by his other buddy, Rosenweasel.

Then out of the blue, Mueller raids Trump’s lawyers office [or sees that it’s raided—I don’t buy the bullshit distinction] over the Stormy Gate non-issue that is light years removed from anything to do with Russians or the election.

And in the process, runs roughshod over the sacred principle of attorney/client privilege. As an aside, I was always under the impression that liberals had a strong libertarian streak in them, but their silence is deafening.

Guess I was wrong.

Then I noticed Trump speaking about it yesterday in a clip. I’m not a body language expert but he was speaking with his arms crossed and my impression was ‘this man is really pissed off’.

I think Mueller is coming up empty and wants Trump to fire him. And if I know Trump like I think I do, he’s liable say F* the political consequences, if that’s what you want, you’re fired—go join your buddy Comey.

They are absolutely after this man and will stoop to anything to get rid of him. I’ve never seen anything like it.

"It’s a total witch hunt. I’ve been saying it for a long time. I’ve wanted to keep it down. " D Trump

It is just freakin' weird how upset the Trumpanzees are about this.

It is almost as if they know Trump is lying about being totally out of the loop about the bribes paid to Stormy Daniels.

Trump should not have anything to worry about if he is telling the truth that he know nothing about any of this.

They DO know he was lying.

They could tell.

His lips were moving.

I have no idea why you and your fellow Trump fan boys are crying like school girls about this.

Your hero Trump has denied he knows anything about the payments from Cohen to Stormy Daniels, and I think he has even denied having sex with her.

Unless you think your hero Trump is lying, he was totally out of the loop and has nothing to do with these payments to Stormy Daniels.

So what the fuck are you crying about? Unless Trump is lying, only Cohen's balls are on the line.

You said "I have no idea why you and your fellow Trump fan boys are crying like school girls about this. Your hero Trump" My very 1st sentence said "Let me preface my remarks with (I don't like Trump)." Either you cannot read English or you're too fucking stupid to understand it!!!!!! Tell me what Stormy Daniels has to do with Russian collusion fuck head? It makes no difference if Trump paid off women about affairs or not it has nothing to do with Mueller's charter to investigate Russian collusion!!!!!!! GET IT????????

Hello ThatOwlWoman,

Trump has made it cool again to be a white supremacist, a pitiful victimized Christian white male, an unashamed hater. If Pence becomes POTUS they'll have to put away their rebel flags, swastikas, white sheets, and wife-beaters, and pretend to be civilized humans again.

That effect is certainly in play but also, if Trump is tossed out, it represents a damaging blow to the Republican Party. The pseudo self-righteous Republicans who are not racists, but are self-compromising their own ideals to accept and benefit from that part of their party's power don't want to see their power diminished.

It's not like a Pence Presidency would begin with any kind of mandate or position of political capital. It would be a lame weakened presidency from the outset. Also, the Republican party would be damaged goods going into the mid terms.

Hello ThatOwlWoman,

Have you ever known a conservative to admit to having made a mistake in backing a particular candidate?

Absolutely. Some expressed regret over voting for W, and many more have already fled from Trump.

Don't you recall during the 2016 campaign? Several times, disturbing news would come out about Trump, and several Republicans would quickly distance themselves from him, only to come crawling back into his corner later after they realized he possessed a remarkable ability to shake off scandals which would have ended the political careers of others. How about all the Republican hypocrites who withdrew their endorsements after the Access Hollywood tape was released?

"The incident was condemned by numerous prominent Republicans. Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus said, "No woman should ever be described in these terms or talked about in this manner. Ever." The RNC suspended all support of Trump's campaign shortly thereafter.[51][52] Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential nominee in 2012, tweeted, "Hitting on married women? Condoning assault? Such vile degradations demean our wives and daughters and corrupt America's face to the world." Ohio governor John Kasich, a former primary rival to Trump, called the remarks "indefensible"; former Florida governor Jeb Bush, also a former primary rival, called them "reprehensible".[53] Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell also denounced the video, but continued to support Trump.[54] Paul Ryan, the House Speaker, disinvited Trump from a scheduled campaign rally,[55] announced that he would no longer defend or support Trump's presidential campaign, and in a highly unusual move he freed down-ticket congressional members to use their own judgment, saying "you all need to do what's best for you and your district."[54][56]

Many members of the Republican Party rescinded their endorsements as a result of the release of the video,[57][58] including Governors Bill Haslam[59] and Robert J. Bentley;[60] Representatives Bradley Byrne,[58] Jason Chaffetz,[61] and Joe Heck;[62] and Senators Kelly Ayotte,[63] Mike Crapo,[64] and John McCain.[65] Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who had previously kept his opinion private throughout the campaign, released a statement: "For the first time since I became a citizen in 1983, I will not vote for the Republican candidate for president... As proud as I am to label myself a Republican, there is one label that I hold above all else — American."[66] By October 11, "nearly a third" of Senate Republicans said they would not vote for Trump.[67] "

Hello ThatOwlWoman,

Mmm, true -- but I was pondering more about the non-politician conservatives, like the ones you encounter here or in real life. The closest I think I've ever experienced an admission of mistake were the few who finally allowed that W was a disaster, qualified with "but Obama's even worse."

And now Paul Ryan is fleeing. LOLOLOL

The usual paranoid conspiracy theories. Trump is unstable. He's also a narcissist. So he's liable to do anything. And it doesn't matter what he does, his base is going to cheer him on, like the gullible cultists that they are.

Let me preface my remarks with (I don't like Trump). I honestly believe the left will do anything possible to get him on something. The more Mueller goes after things that have nothing to do with his original charter of Russian collusion the more I'm convinced this is nothing but a witch hunt. Hell it wouldn't surprise me if Mueller indicted some poor merchant for selling an under age Trump beer, then he can say see Trump is dirty.
The right has been conducting witch hunts for over a decade, so much so that it's become SOP.

I blame it all on Deep State, and a devious cabal of virtue-signaling leftists burrowed deep within our national security-law enforcement institutions. They seem to simply refuse to recognize the genius that is Donald Trump and will stop at nothing to bring the man down.

More paranoia. Trump's only genius is at selling his particular brand of snake oil.

Well, Mueller officially burnt the bridge with that little stunt yesterday and if I was Trump I would no longer cooperate.

But yeah, there’s definitely a political risk in Mueller’s gestapo like tactics.
Trump has consistently refused to cooperate, even when he promised he would, as with releasing his tax returns. He's frantic that Mueller has found, or will find something. Obviously, from his behavior, there's plenty to be found. Mueller has done nothing that's "gestapo like". That's just another attempt at diversion.

Why should he cooperate, just because you want him so to do?

Because collusion was a farce—and they probably knew it from the outset.

The goal is to impeach Trump, so limiting the investigation to collusion runs the risk of Mueller coming up empty. That wouldn’t do, so Rosenweasel wrote the mandate broad enough that it’s effectively a general warrant. Mueller goes where Mueller wants to.

Did I miss anything?
Collusion was a farce just because that's how you want it to be.
