Flynn wasn't set up either.. He was making money from Erdogan in Turkey when he was already working for Trump as national security advisor.

From what the judge actually said, I think he gave Flynn an option to delay sentencing in the event he had more information for Mueller. Pretty civilized in context.

not what I am referring to. Nobody cares about Flynn in that regard except Mueller who can use it to co-oerce Flynn.

The "set up" was the egregious steps taken to flimflam Flynn into taking an interview masquerading as work related "training"

Instead Mueller hands it off to his other Pit Bull Prosecutor SDNY, who constructs that narrative and leans on Cohen to compose it was "directed for campaign matters"

Being a special prosecutor is a fine ride.

Nobody contests "Flynn lied". The abuse was the deliberate subterfuge to take the meeting and on top of that telling Flynn he did not need a lawyer when in fact he was being questioned because of the Yates referral

Since Mullet’s resources are backed by infinite tax dollars he can wear down a person like Flynn. Flynn was bankrupt before it would have gone to trial.

Just because Flynn pleaded guilty doesn’t mean a jury would have convicted him. Kind of jacked-up, isn’t it.
