Of the six remaining districts, all include demographics pretty much in line with that of the State as a whole. The ONLY district that doesn't is the one where a 60% black majority lives.
No surprise that district has a 1 in 5 used of food stamps. Those two things tend to correlate.

Voting Precincts or districts should all have to do with distance and convenience to the neighborhoods they represent.
They should not be divided out so that political parties can just select the voters they want, rather than the way it should be where voters select their politicians!
