Is Democrat Party pushing out its one lone black member of leadership?

What's ironic about Jumpin' Jim is that his district was gerrymandered to a one of the 23 black majority minority districts. It has a 60% black population, has more odd shapes than the average jigsaw puzzle piece, and is the only one in that state where 1 in 5 use food stamps.

Isn't it the Democrats that constantly complain about gerrymandering?

You are going to have to redo the original post and provide more context.

I have never heard of the "Democrat Party". What country are they from?

That's what sticking you head up your ass and playing games does for you.

You see the people on the board who claim democrats/liberals aren't or can't be racist. Do you think Clyburn's claim is real or just sour grapes?

If Clyburn didn't live in a district purposely gerrymandered with a black majority, he couldn't win an election for a local commission board.

Gerrymandering is wrong period- No matter who is behind it!

A lot of silence from those who are fans of calling others racist.

What is there to talk about?

Many democrats thought Clyburn should and would run for Speaker of the House. His opposition thought he would and she would have a clear path to run for Whip.

Prospect of Jim Clyburn as House speaker ‘a game changer for South Carolina’

Internal democratic politics.

That being said, this is just noise from the White Party .. whose lone black Congresswoman has lost her seat with Trump's blessing.

Republicans don't give a rats ass about black voters, yet has the nerve to question democrats who get 90% and more of the black vote.

:0) Hilarious.

That's what I thought!

Why do Republicans cry about things that gives them unfair advantages?

Are they just Crybabies to hear themselves cry? LOL!

You'd think Republicans have their own Party to worry about ...

So why the interest in A) Someone in the Democratic Party and B) and Black Person

Based on what The last Republican Speaker does ... why do they care?

Great stuff
Democrat Clyburn using the race card against his fellow democrats.

Given it is SC, that means there are proboblay four GOP districts surrounding it with 40% black population split between them
