I'm still not seeing where the gov't is involved. Although, I have been working on projects that are funded by gov't stimulus money. We are putting fiber optics in rural areas.

At this point it is a noble goal that all should be able to access the internet. Whether it should be a mandated right is just this troll desperate for attention.
