IRS Hiring Gun-Carrying Agents in all 50 States

They are not trained after they are hired either.

Anyone carry a gun for the federal government is required to be firearm qualified. That means they are not just trained, and tested, but they go through continual training and testing.

The IRS generally hires their special agents from other federal law enforcement agencies. They have such a small number of special agents it does not make sense for them to train their own.

This really is a very, very small law enforcement force. I do not see what the big deal is.

The IRS got Al Capone.
So?
Federal Air Marshals got... Hmmm... Uhmmm... Can anyone remember a success of the Federal Air Marshals? Even one?
Guess who stops those unruly passengers from endangering the plane or the flight crew?
They make 4.2 arrests a year, for an average cost of $200 million per arrest.
Blatant lie.
The vast majority of the arrests are for drunk and disorderly offenses. Basically people shouting loudly.
Blatant lie.
So we are spending more than the cost of a new plane to arrest someone who is shouting loudly.
Blatant lie.
We could save money by just leaving him on the plane, and buying a new plane for the trip. Sooner or later, the drunkard would leave the plane of his own accord.
The plane is in flight, dumbass.
I am only half joking.
No, you are insulting some very fine people that have gone through rigorous training (and are the best shots in the biz), to keep airlines safe.

So now you want gun control, but only for citizens?

I have always been in favor of gun control. Anyone carrying or owning a gun should go through a background check, and get training. And some people just should not be allowed to own or carry a gun.

I believe that for citizens, and I believe that even more for law enforcement.

Were AOC and Al Sharpton suspected criminals

Owning a corporation that owes taxes is not actually a crime, so it is hard to make them suspected criminals. We are talking about a tiny law enforcement force(they are only now talking about having at least one special agent per state), so I do not know why they would waste their time on non suspects.
