Actually, you are correct, but for the wrong reason. The judge dismissed the case "without prejudice" which means the DOJ can refile, if:

1. They are successful finding another stooge like Halligan, willing to risk their career as a lawyer bringing an illegal case to court.

2. They're able to convince a GJ to indict.

So, keep a candle in your window, top. We know how you like it when responsible public servants are harassed for not going along with trump's crimes.
