step 2 - delay appointment of those that will actually fight crime
step 3 - have the swamp nominated judge protect the criminals. throw it out with prejudice knowing the statute of limitations has now ran out

They don’t appeal, rather have to refile the cases, start anew, and with Comey, the statue of limitations has probably expired
